I've been using all things natural for many years including aromatherapy. I use a cpap machine at night to help me sleep and I find a few drops of lavender on a small cotton pad right in front of the intake hose outside the machine is wonderful. The information given by Candace is very factual and worded beautifully written. Lots of great ideas. I will reference this often.
I enjoyed this booklet very much. It is written as if the author and I were having tea and discussing essential oils. She provides information that is useful for both the novice and the professional. I especially liked the recipes and tips for proper usage of the essential oils. I recommend this booklet.
